David Kaplan was born in Bogotá, Colombia, and went through naturalization himself. He joined the immigration firm Orlow & Orlow in 2001, co-founded Orlow, Kaplan & Hohenstein in 2007 and opened the Law Offices of David Kaplan in 2014. Today our team helps families, workers and people facing deportation in Philadelphia, across the U.S. and abroad.

David Kaplan is a naturalized U.S. citizen, born in Bogotá, Colombia. Having gone through naturalization himself, he understands what this change means for his clients and has committed his career to making immigration as accessible as possible.
JBJune Beack, Esq.
Associate attorney
June Beack has practiced only immigration law since graduating from Boston College Law School in 2006, in private firms and nonprofits across the country, including a clerkship at the Houston Immigration Court. She joined the firm in 2019 and focuses on complex removal defense and motions to reopen.

Diana has worked in immigration since 2007 and has been with the firm since it opened. She is from Ukraine.
