Areas we serve

Philadelphia immigration lawyer for Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware

Our office is in Old City, Philadelphia, but most of our clients don't live downtown. We represent families and employers across the region, in person at 120 Church Street or by phone and video. Immigration law is federal, so wherever you live, we can represent you before USCIS and the immigration court.

Pennsylvania

Philadelphia (including North Philadelphia, Kensington, South Philadelphia and Northeast Philadelphia), Norristown, Kennett Square, West Chester, Reading, Allentown, Bethlehem and Lancaster

We represent clients in the Philadelphia Immigration Court and attend USCIS interviews with them.

New Jersey

Camden, Cherry Hill, Pennsauken, Vineland, Bridgeton, Trenton and Atlantic City

Many South Jersey USCIS interviews take place at the Mount Laurel office, and court cases may be heard in one of New Jersey's immigration courts. Your notice tells you the exact location.

Delaware

Wilmington, Newark, Dover and Georgetown

Delaware has no immigration court of its own, so many Delaware cases are heard in Philadelphia, a few minutes from our office.

We also help clients in New York, Maryland and across the country, and family members abroad who are going through consular processing.

How we can help, wherever you are

We speak your language

Our team speaks nine languages, including Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian and Polish. Información en español.

Beware of notarios. In the United States, a "notario público" is not a lawyer and cannot give immigration legal advice. Only a licensed attorney or an accredited representative can. Filing the wrong papers can cost you your case.
