U visa lawyer for crime victims in Philadelphia
I-918I-918 Supp. BI-192
A U visa lets victims of certain crimes committed in the U.S. stay if they help law enforcement investigate or prosecute the crime. In some cases a spouse, children, parents or siblings can be included.
U visas are often available to survivors of domestic violence. A law enforcement agency must sign a certification, and we coordinate with them for you.
After a period in U status, you may apply for a green card.
